Post Award Training
K&G’s intensive post award training session will explain how to maintain and effectively market the GSA Schedule. Our goal is to provide your company with the information necessary to strategically attack and target the federal marketplace with confidence. The objective of the training is to demystify the administrative tasks associated with the GSA Schedule, allowing your company to focus its resources on marketing your products and services to federal agencies. K&G will share our expertise with your company in order to facilitate federal contracting and maximize growth potential.
Catalog Preparation & Upload
The GSA catalog preparation and upload is included as part of K&G’s Full-Service Proposal Management. Many consulting firms charge separately for this service, however, K&G offers as a supplementary service the preparation and upload of a company’s GSA catalog. K&G will prepare on your company’s letterhead the GSA catalog containing authorized point of contact and company information, the required terms and conditions of your GSA Schedule contract, necessary vendor responses, and GSA awarded services/products with applicable descriptions and pricing information. K&G will register your GSA Schedule contract with GSA’s Vendor Support Center (VSC), and submit your GSA catalog via the Schedules Input Program (SIP). If your company offers products, K&G will also prepare the IPROD and IPRICE spreadsheets required for a successful upload via the SIP Import. K&G will correspond with your Contracting Officer (CO) and the VSC in order to ensure catalog compliance, and to confirm a successful upload. Afterwards, your catalog will be available to view in your company’s GSA eLibrary profile, and all awarded services/products will be searchable on the GSA Advantage website.
K&G can assist your company in modifying your existing GSA Schedule Contract. It is important that you keep your contract up to date with your service offerings and current pricing. Modification Services include: additions or deletions of products, services or SIN’s, increase pricing based on Commercial Price List, Increase pricing based on market indicator, decrease pricing, Economic Price Adjustment, Administrative modifications, contract extensions, novation and name change requests
